Right of Withdrawal Notice

The customer may also exercise their right of withdrawal online via the “Withdrawal from Purchase Contract” function. If the customer uses this online function, we will immediately send them a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information about the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of receipt.

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, or — if several goods ordered by the customer as part of a single order are delivered separately — from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform ZWILLING of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). The customer may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the customer sends the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from this contract, ZWILLING shall reimburse all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by ZWILLING), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which ZWILLING receives notification of the customer's withdrawal from the contract.

For this repayment, ZWILLING will use the same payment method that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer. In no event will the customer be charged any fees for this repayment.

ZWILLING may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods back or until the customer has provided evidence that they have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

The customer must return or hand over the goods to ZWILLING without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which the customer informs ZWILLING of the withdrawal from the contract.

The deadline is considered met if the customer sends the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Regarding the cost of returning the goods:

If the customer uses a return label provided by ZWILLING, the return shipment is free of charge for the customer. The customer can obtain a return label by registering the return via the following link:

If the customer does not use the return label provided by ZWILLING, the customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for goods that are not prefabricated and whose production depends on an individual selection or specification by the customer, or which are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
